We had steak and cheese subs for dinner tonight, served with a tons of yummy veggies, cooked in hearty beer.

Leeks, green bell peppers, and onions, slice thin and cooked until golden delicious.

I toasted some french rolls in the oven quickly, and then assembled the subs. I stacked each one with veggies, steak, and parmesan and cheddar cheese. Then, they went back into the oven.

Toasted to perfection, served with a simple side salad. Bib lettuce, slices applices, tomatoes, and feta crumbles.

Justin washed his Friday feast down with an extra large bottle of lager, fit for a king.

Of course, we saved room for dessert. I have a sweet chocolate cookie recipe to share in the morning!
