I have had the two of the same meals twice within the past four days. Both were last minute sporadic meals, but they came together better than a naked mole rat covered in fur. As with every other meal I eat..a pre meal snack was needed.
New find..Terra Exotic Harvest chips. If you close your eyes while eating these you can create an exotic scene in your mind and pretend you’re in Fiji dancing with dolphins. Mass protein hit numero uno: Fage-20g for the container. Used to dip exoticness in.
Next up, chili. Using TJ’s 17 Bean & Barley Mix, quinoa, tomato sauce, tomato chunks, and spices. Paired with Brussels, broccoli, and a grilled cheese.
Mass protein hit number two: Bean and Barley mix-13grams for 1/4 cup. I easily had two servings. Quinoa-6grams 1/4cup. Again used double that. Cheese-7grams of protein for one oz..yeah..I like cheese. Dave’s Killer bread-6grams per slice..wow what do you know..it takes two slices to make a sandwich. Along with whatever minimal amount of protein is in the veggies.
The fiber count was amazing as well. If you want to stay as regular as a hexagon eat this meal everyday. It’s like a colon cleanse for the price of a smile.
MOVING ON! Meal number two started with a pizza stone, some dough, and pizza sauce.
Thank you Trader Joe’s..you provide me with a paycheck, and great food. Manfriend suggested we use the stone to make the pizza because it would cook the underside better. He is a pizza genius. While the stone heated we got to work cutting the toppings.
Spinach, cheese, onions, olives, red/yellow bell pepps, and PINEAPPLE.

Q: Can you eat the same meals within a few days? Before hanging out with manfriend I would eat the same few meals rotated through the week. Waiting weeks to eat a good meal is too long!!
