... with Brittany at A Healthy Slice of Life . Uh hunh! Yup! So what pledge did I take you ask? A healthy pledge I like to call it :)
Brittany posted today that she was in a rutt when it came to exercising and how even with goals set, life happens and you end up not doing what you planned. So she decided on a new exercise plan! Oh yes we have all read about how I started a new plan that I would stick to. Honestly, it didn't happen. Why? Because I have been swamped between year end studying with my monkey, appointments for the purchase of our first home, packing, and packing. Oh! And I work full time! No I'm not asking for pitty, I'm simply explaining my life how it is at the moment. Something had to give way and honestly I am just so tired that my exercise routine got the cut. Shame on me :(
The pledge that I have vowed to take is quite simple. Walk or wog for 1-hour, Monday through Friday. Simple :)
This simple exercise routine along with the healthy changes I have made to my diet will make me feel great!!!
