1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 egg white
1 tbs peanut butter
2 tbs honey
Mix your dry ingredients together. Then add in the egg white, peanut butter and honey and stir until chunky. Place onto parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. And that's it!

So yeah, that is that. Stepping away from blogging has allowed me to Iive in the moment and not worry about trying to snap the perfect pic of what I'm doing for the blog. It was also so liberating spending my nights relaxing on the couch with the dog, instead of taking forever to conjure a blog post.
Something that started as a hobby, turned into something that I loved, and then eventually turned into something I resented doing because it felt like a chore. It stopped being about my life and more about pleasing others to keep up with the joneses. That is not why I blog. And that is why, even though I feel like I have SO much to talk about, I will get to it when I get to it.
