Workout tonight: Swimmer Conditioning (about 1 hour)
Tonight I made my favorite dinner – HOMEMADE PIZZA
I of course made my #1 choice, BBQ Hawaiian Chicken Pizza (bbq sauce, cheese, chicken, olives, pineapple & more cheese)
& I also made Canadian Bacon – Alphabet style!! If only my little man were older, this pizza would have been a hit!! 
RANDOM FACT ABOUT KILEY: I love cookie cutters! I will use them any chance I get :)
Our Spinach Smoothie tonight was PEANUT BUTTER BANANA! After my man took his first sip he said, “that tastes so good! It’s so good it’s something you’d order at a restaurant.” Later he said, “it tastes like it should be bad for you.”
All I did was a couple handfuls of spinach, 1 banana, 2 or 3 tablespoons of creamy pb, & some ice. Very smooth & delicious.

I decided to focus on Swimming conditioning for my cross-training workout today. [I used a lot of exercises from THIS website.]
I’m not much of a swimmer, but I know there is A LOT of core & upper body (especially the shoulders), so that is what I focused on. I only used 2 different weights, a VERY light “medicine ball”, & a little stool for the squat & reach.

Something I realized after doing this workout is that I need to work on my balance. Doing those “unilateral” (single leg) squats I was practically doing a dance trying to stay upright. So – that will be a focus of mine…maybe that is a reason my knee has been hurting (muscle imbalances & such).
What is your favorite Green Monster Smoothie? As of right now its PB Banana :)
