I practice a pretty healthy life style but need a few additions

Hi, I'm Maryann. I am 54 years old. One of my goals was to loose 23 lbs which I have accomplished in a very healthy way to keep it off. I now weigh 110 lbs which I consider to be my ideal weight. I lost the weight very slowly and exercised and continue to exercise every day. I only eat healthy food. Besides fast food and junk food only makes me feel sluggish so I have no temptation there.
I have a great circle of friends that provide love, support and fun in my life. I am seeking a longterm relationship. I was married but divorceed long ago. I have learned to feel whole and complete within myself but would love a life time companion.
My two goals are to add back strength training and yoga on a regular basis to my life.
