I Missed Reebok CrossFit 5th Avenue!

Good Morning-

Last night I was finally back at Reebok CrossFit Fifth Avenue! I had not been there since December 21st!

While I was home I did stop by CrossFit Shrewsbury for a WOD. I know I said I was going to go three times but shamefully I only went once. I walked in and immediately regretted it; check out this WOD!

  • 1 1000 Meter Run
  • 2 Push Press (55lbs)
  • 3 Ring Drips (with band)
  • 4 Thrusters (55lbs)
  • 5 Clean (55lbs)
  • 6 Pistols
  • 7 KB Swings (35lbs)
  • 8 Box Jumps
  • 9 Toes to Bar
  • 10 Wall Balls (12lbs)
  • 11 Overhead Squats (55lbs)
  • 12 Burpee Pullups (I did 24 burpees)

This looks bad right? Welll we did it like the song (1 1000 M Run, 2 Push Press, 1 1000 M Run, 3 Ring Dips, 2 Push Press, 1 1000 M Run and so on).

I finished in 42 Minutes and 36 Seconds! My longest WOD to date!

Perhaps they scared me and that’s why I only went once! lol

Last night’s WOD involved Pull Ups! Since one of my goals in 2013 is to do an unassisted pull up I really pushed myself!

*Green Band for all Pull Ups! I am getting better at kipping and felt really comfortable with the pull ups!

Finished in 5 Minutes 17 Seconds!


I am really happy to report my eating has been awesome! I have been eating clean and feel more energized already. I truly believe the key to success is preparation! Every night I take 20 minutes and prepare my meals for the next day therefore I have no excuses! The last two night I have done this while I prepare dinner and it has been working out great!

I have very little plans this weekend! Tonight I plan to relax in bed, watch a movie and finish my Eat Clean Book! Tomorrow morning I am going to go to CrossFit followed by the chiropractor and a girls night with my friend Whitney! Sunday I have a few errands to run and hopefully I will see TBF!
