I am really happy to report my eating has been awesome! I have been eating clean and feel more energized already. I truly believe the key to success is preparation! Every night I take 20 minutes and prepare my meals for the next day therefore I have no excuses! The last two night I have done this while I prepare dinner and it has been working out great!

I have very little plans this weekend! Tonight I plan to relax in bed, watch a movie and finish my Eat Clean Book! Tomorrow morning I am going to go to CrossFit followed by the chiropractor and a girls night with my friend Whitney! Sunday I have a few errands to run and hopefully I will see TBF!
