I'm trying to gain muscle and lost about 40lbs. Will Whey (as a recovery drink) help or hurt? I'm trying to eat well.

Are you doing any form of strength training to build muscle? I use whey protein- it's a great way to replenish your body after a workout. Doesn't hurt weight loss, but if you are not doing intense exercise, a glass of chocolate milk is an ideal post-workout drink.
