i m a 220 lbs ovrweigh male lookin 2 lose some 70 lbs. i have eleveated chloesterol lebel and suffer of a reflux. I desprately need 2 loose on my stomach and buttocks. which excersize should i concentrate on? i am 10 elliptical/day 10-20 treadmill/day and swin 30-45/day, but would like to knowwhich hrm to use for all above which would aletr mewhile excersizing to increase/decrease intensity so i gain d max results from my excersize?
