I love sleep!

This morning I stayed in bed until 9-- it was lovely. I woke up several times, but just the extra rest was really what I needed. Since I slept so late working out was not the first thing on the agenda-- I need to eat something if it's going to be so late in the morning. I also had a bunch of errands to do at the mall which is across from the gym so I did those (which of course took three time longer than I thought they would) and then worked out at 1pm. It's 3 o'clock now and I'm eating lunch and still have tons of studying to do! I'm glad I got extra rest though.

I'm taking Monday off from work to study for my anatomy exam on Wednesday, primarily because tomorrow I'm going to a bridal shower that is pretty far away (up by where M. works actually) and it will take a good part of the day to do that. (Hopefully I can avoid the food too!)

I have my boss well trained-- yesterday she said to me, "I wanted to do something for you for admisistrative professionals day, but I knew you wouldn't eat a cake, and since it was the end of the week for you flowers would die at your desk before you came back on Tuesday, so..." I was glad she didn't buy cake.

Yesterday we had an "Earth Day" Celebration at work (I have no idea why-- it was a week late) which was sponsored by an organization called earth save. The food at that party was pretty good! Veggies, fruit, corn tortilla chips with hummus and brownies (I admit I had a single bite-sized brownie but was very proud of myself for limiting it to that).

Okay, that's enough-- I have too much stuff to do!
