i just found on my lower right leg today horizontal indented lines down the lower part of my leg. Can you help me to identify wh

i was sitting at work today and realized when i looked down i had three indented horizontal lines on my lower right leg. As the day went on the lines did not go away and two more appeared. They do not hurt, but i would like to see if anyone has even heard of something like this and what it is.
