here are a list of all skin conditions that give red spots or blushes on skin. 

Normally right diagnosis of red spots disorder is relatively difficult without seeing them.  Because in written form, there are  some skin condition which all give same symptoms and recognized only after looking them carefully.

Assuming you aren't currently on medication, that you're not experiencing other ill effects like nausea or fever, and your skin doesn't suffer irritations from chemicals in latex or rubber, soaps, cosmetics, dyes or plant poisons like poison ivy, the symptoms you describe may relate to Impetigo. 

In adults, it may follow other skin disorders or a recent upper respiratory infection such as a cold or other viral infection.

This infection results from bacteria that live in the top layers of the skin. Appears as red sores that turn into blisters, ooze, then crust over. It is similar to cellulitis, but is more superficial, involving infection of the top layers of the skin with streptococcus (strep), staphylococcus (staph), or both. 

It will tend to spread and the important thing is to treat the infection and see your health care provider.  It may be treated with either a mild antibacterial cream with regular washing of the skin with antibacterial soap or antibiotics.
