I have 3 deteriorated discs and need to keep my back healthy. What exercises can I do that will not put a load on my spine?
Posted by
Les
I had 3 back surgeries--2 for a ruptured disc, 1 spinal stenosis. I can't do any exercises that will put a load on my spine and I cannot flatten my lower back.
