Janetha, from meals and moves , hosted a secret blog Valentine exchange and I got my package the other day! I've been MIA due to work and snow but I'M BACK...with pictures!
Jenny from PB and Jenny sent me an amazing V-day package. *Waves* Thanks so much Jenny!!! It's so cool to think that someone has been reading my blog and now gets to reveal themself! I love that Jenny put together a package of things that she really likes which helps me get learn about her and her blog!
I came home from teaching and saw this box on my door step and got SO excited.
I think my favorite part of the package was this card. To me, the best part of blogging is making connections with other people. This V-Day swap was cool because you needed to check out the person's blog to get a sense of them and see what you wanted to send them. Even though my blog isn't necessarily a "food blog", I still enjoyed participating and I'm glad Jenny came up with great stuff to send!
I love LUNA bars but I haven't tried this flavor before---yay!
I've seen so many different types of nut butter floating around the internet...but I've never tried anything besides peanut butter. I love trying new things! These will be perfect for when I have to run out the door to get to work. My mom saw these macadamia nuts and I told her to back up! But, in the spirit of Valentine's Day...I'll give her a few :)
In some of my pictures, you can see a little furball in a purple bed.
Introducing: my cat Buggy.
We named her Buggy because she used to be such a pest when she was a kitten. She would follow us everywhere like a little bug and always be in between our legs. She's definitely over 15 years old and I love her sooooo much. We call her bed "The Buggy Bed" and she likes it because it's right next to the heater. She's not possessed, I swear, the flash just caught her little eyes haha.
I have my V-Day packages ready to go for my end of the exchanges. The snow got in my way but they are going into the mail tomorrow and I can't wait for my partners to receive them!!
