Is your bedroom the right temperature? I often wake up if I am too hot or too cold. Or if I drink anything too close to bedtime and have to go to the bathroom. Sometimes foods that are hard to digest mean I wll wake up. Have you ever tried melatonin supplements or a warm milky drink before bed?
