11/12/12 Sweaty Results:
Run: 3 miles (24:35)
Weights: Bicep Curls, Tricep Kickbacks, Lateral Raise for Deltoids, Dumbbell Reverse Curl for Forearms (I'm a weight lifting machine!)
I wasn't really feeling the run yesterday but I decided to stop thinking about it and just do it. Nike is really on to something. I can't honestly say my attitude changed much during my run however I did listen to my tunes so that helped. Especially when Call Me Maybe came on. I may have danced.
Speaking of dancing, everyone should really watch The Lorax. Including me. I was lucky enough to play with my 2-year-old friend from across the street last night. She recommended we get in our comfy's and watch The Lorax. I suck at saying no to minis so the playdate was set. Our eyes were glued to the screen for the beginning of the movie... we may have danced along to the music a bit too. I'll never tell.

I'll admit it, I really got into this movie. But, who am I to say no when a mini wants to take her plastic dog for a walk around the house? I guess I'll be renting The Lorax. Or borrowing it back from my lovely neighbor who makes THE BEST HOMEMADE PASTA SAUCE! Like ever.

Today's Sweaty Sesh:
Spin: Jump on the stationary bike and go for 45 minutes (Figuring out how to work it will be interesting.)
Weights: Lunges, squats, stairs, jumping jacks (YES!)
