I’m back. At least I’m trying to be. It’s been a busy year. My plan is to continue to use this space to share health/wellness-related materials along with my whole family’s fight for continued — and better — fitness.
I did just a few races this year:
Provo City Half Marathon – set a new personal best.
Provo Triathlon (Olympic distance) – set a new personal best.
Utah Half (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run) – finished. See medal above. Never had to work harder — both physically and mentally — to finish a race.
