Hurricane Sandy workout!

Day off of work #2 because of Hurricane Sandy consisted of me actually getting out of the house.  I headed to the gym by myself! No worries, Nathan wrote me out a workout plan the night before.  Surprisingly, I did this all by myself, and only messed up once… I think… 

  • Bench Press - (bar) 45lbs  10, 10, 10
  • One Arm Rows - 15lbs 8, 8, 8
  • Pec Dec - 10lbs 10x, 20lbs 8, 8
  • Pull Downs - 30lbs 8, 8, 8
  • Incline Hammer Machine - 20lbs 8, 8, 8
  • Seated Rows - 30lbs, 12, 12, 12

After the lifting, I had some time so I hit the treadmill.  I decided to do some intervals, which went like this…

  • walk @ 4.0      5min
  • run   @ 6.2      2min
  • walk @ 4.0      1min
  • run  @  6.2      3min
  • walk @ 4.1      1min
  • run  @  6.8      2min
  • walk @ 4.2      2min
  • run  @  7.1      2min
  • walk @ 4.1      2min
  • Total = 1.70miles

This got me sweating!  I also kept it at an INCLINE of 2.0 until the last 6minutes, then I kicked it up to an incline of 3.0.
