How to like what you see in the mirror

I used to look in the mirror and despise every part of my body, my face, and pretty much everything. I felt so ugly, so gross and so depressed. I could stand in front of a mirror and tell you everything I hated: my ankles, legs and cellulite were at the top of the list. I used to read magazines (something I don’t do too much anymore) and wonder why everyone looked so awesome. I’d then stand in front of the mirror and wonder what was wrong with the 5 foot 3 person, with thicker thighs and a tiny chest...
