Only Nuns Change Habits Overnight - that's the title of the book I have by my bed tonight.
I have skimmed through some of the pages (yes, I am one of those nutty people who sometimes reads randomly or from the back to the front) and it looks really good - funny and insightful.
The back page promises that there is a link between dissatisfaction and transformation - so, the good news is that you are dissatisfied, but that is also the bad news! I am also looking forward to learning why I procrastinate and how to stop.
As someone who has a lot of habits that need changing, I will let you know the impact this book has on my life.
