How To Burn Fat - The Best Way

Although it is not really possible to spot reduce, you can improve your tummy by focusing on the correct exercises. So, with a combination of a healthy balanced diet and stomach exercises, you will be able to have the slim body you are longing for.

Your three step plan:

Go onto a healthy balanced diet
Do regular cardio to help your body burn fat
Do stomach exercises to target your midriff

1. A healthy balanced diet:
Make sure the diet you choose is a well balanced diet. Going onto a fad diet will not help you with your problem at all. All that will happen with a fad diet is that you will lose more water and valuable muscle than actually losing any fat.

2. Do regular cardio:

This is not nearly as bad as it sounds. You do not have to go and run a marathon or take part in the iron man competition! All you need to do is go for a brisk walk, lasting about 40 minutes for at least 3 times a day. Make sure you send your heart rate up. A leisurely stroll will not do the trick here!

3. Do stomach exercises:

With the stomach exercises you get to the part where you target your tummy and get rid of those love handles. Do all the normal stomach exercises, and combined with the above, you will see results very soon.
 You'd have to give your best effort to burn fat in seven days. To begin, you'd better give the local grocery a visit to prepare your meals for the week.

Re-invent yourself as a vegetarian this week: 

Vegetables are key diet components when you want to burn fat fast. They don't have fat and at the same time, they're really healthy and filling. Even though you eat a lot of these, they're low on calories so you don't have to worry.
Fruits are also low on calories. This week, you'd have to eat at least 4-5 servings in a day. Like vegetables, they are rich in vitamins and minerals. Fruits have low sodium, which is good because sodium increases the water weight in your body. They are also rich in fiber, which means you'll feel full just by eating some servings.
The success of this week long program greatly depends on your exercise. 
It might sound crazy but you have to do some sort of vigorous exercise every day. Each exercise should take 30-45 minutes. You will see better results if you combine cardio exercises with strength training. For the cardio, you can try walking, running, aerobics, or kickboxing, while push-ups, sit-ups, or simply weight lifting will be good for the strength training aspect. An ideal set-up would be doing strength training first before the cardio. This is because fat burning process will only begin once the body is fully warmed up.
Don't forget to keep yourself hydrated during the workouts. Drink water every 15 minutes. As I have said, you'll be sweating a river so you'd better replace the fluids lost in the exercise.
