how do i lose 3 pounds a week witin three months without buying or downloading anything?

First of all, for lasting, achievable weight loss, I wouldn't attempt to lose more than one pound per week. In order to lose a pound per week, you would need to cut your caloric intake by 500 calories per day. Or, even better for your health, cut calories by 250 and exercise enough to burn an extra 250 calories per day. That's the equivalent of cutting out a latte or other 8-12oz source of liquid calories and powerwalking for about 40 minutes. 

She's wrong. You can lose two-three pounds week if you watch what you eat, cut the junkfood and excersice. Running and dancing are gret calorie burners. Try it.

Just to clarify my earlier answer and to comment on brokenthefix's reply:  I didn't mean it wasn't possible to lose 3 pounds per week, just that it wasn't advisable. You would have to cut your calories and exercise enough to create an average 1500 calorie deficit per day to achieve a 3 lb weight loss per week. If you go on a drastic high protein/low carb diet or any kind of liquid fast, much of the initial weight you lose will be water. Again, for healthy, long-lasting weight loss I recommend losing a pound per week through a combination of cutting calories and exercising.
i think you can lose three pounds in a week if you have inuff will power just cut the junk run every morning for about 40 min and in the after noon dance for about 1 hour dont eat after 6 o clock
drinking a lot of water helps alot............
