We are heading across the pond to London, woohoo! When the husband was packing last night I told him to make sure he had workout clothes, there may have been a little eye rolling but no arguing.
When traveling I love to get in a good run to explore the city, its a great way to see the sites. London's parks are supposed to be absolutely beautiful. I'm hoping to run through Hyde Park, right smack in the middle of the city! I also planned a hotel room workout that requires no equipment, therefore no excuses!
The hotel room workout planned consists of both cardio and strength exercises to get your heart rate up and keep it up. There are nine exercises to try to get done one after the other, and rest for one minute. Take the full minute to recover before going back through 2 more times. It will get you nice and sweaty and leave you feeling accomplished in just 30 minutes. Enjoy!
