Hotel Room or Bad Weather workout

So if you are on the move or the weather just sucks and you have to stay indoors this is a great workout to get your heart beating and a nice sweat!

Repeat this routine 3- to 4 times.

If you can’t see the photo well here you go:

  • 20 Squats
  • 20 forward lunges (alternating legs)
  • 20 backward lunges (alternating legs)
  • 20 side lunges (left)
  • 20 side lunges (right)
  • 20 bridges (hip thrusts)
  • 20 side touches
  • 20 v-crunches
  • 10 donkey kicks (L)
  • 10 donkey kicks (R)
