2. Add chopped basil, minced garlic, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, agave syrup and spices. Mix ingredients to combine.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until tomatoes are chilled.
4. Slice baguette into 1/2" slices and toast in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
I'm enjoying my last couple of days in beautiful Colorado! It's been wonderful trip but I'll probably head back home to Sarasota after this weekend. I have some school assignments to turn in by the middle of next week and lots of last-minute wedding stuff to arrange with my best girlfriend who is getting married a week from tomorrow! Eeeps, I'm so excited for her! We have to do practice-runs on hair and makeup and finish off the center pieces. No biggie ;)
But before I head home, Adam and I plan on spending some more time with the horses and on the sailboat. The weather is just too amazing to stay indoors!
