Holiday Health Check Day 3: Drink Green Juice

Frequent juicing provides loads of health benefits. Watch this video for some juicing tips and try my favorite green juice or green smoothie recipes below to get started!


Green Smoothie

1/2 head kale
coconut water(optional)
Unsweetened almond milk
frozen bananas and/or berries or peaches or pineapples
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tsp flax seed oil
Pumpkin seeds
1 scoop ice (if using fresh fruit)

Blend and enjoy!



Green Lemonade

Kale
Celery
Green apple
cucumber
lemon
ginger (optional)

Feed ingredients one by one into a juicer and enjoy!
