My name is Lauren, and I’ve been following healthy living, foodie, and fitness blogs since May now. I found Kath’s blog after I decided to switch my major to dietetics and was searching online for information on dietitians. Then, I discovered tons of wonderful blogs with new recipes, fitness tips, inspiration, and gorgeous, drool-worthy photos of food. When I came home from college that May, I began to cook and bake everyday all these creations from bloggers. I started getting excited for breakfast and making delicious, oatmeal “sundae” style with tons of add-ins to plain oatmeal.
Now, after many weeks of thinking about it (and finally getting my camera fixed), I’ve made the jump and started my own blog. To give a brief intro, I am a college junior dietetics student, who loves all things food, nutrition, running, yoga, snowboarding, hiking, friends, family, boyfriend, Vermont, volunteering, cooking, baking, and most importantly chocolate.
