Hello people, yes it is NOT Monday, but I didn't want to miss out on my lovely pics for the week.
I've had a manic day at work (that'll teach me for taking Monday off work) but I baked coconut cupcakes yesterday and they went down a treat :)
Finished the day with a nice speedy yet tiring run home, hurrah. I have ran a whopping 81 miles so far this year!! But I am suffering the marathon training weight gain - but I'm strength training too so can I assume some is muscle?! Pllllllease let some of it be muscle :(
