Healthy tips from Losing It

 I just got some healthy tips and choices and habit advice from the new "Biggest Loser" spin-off series "Losing It with Jillian." I love the show because of these healthy habits I'm learning from, but also because it's a heart felt television show that feels real and isn't a competition like "The Biggest Loser." It's great to see these families evolve from the slightly dissfunctional, overweight family to a closer, healthy family. It's great because I don't need a ranch or any of the expensive equipment they use in Biggest Loser to get thin and fit. In the show, Jillian shows what we can change in ourselves, our environment and what we can do that is closer to home that can help everyone and me make better and healthier habits and choices in life. I love this show so much and I want everyone to know that and it's great that it's now on tuesdays at 8. :)
