Here are some small changes that can help you lose weight. These are simple exchanges you can make and during the course of a year lose a little weight. Remember that if you lost 1/2 pound a week for a year, you would lose 26 pounds. That would work for me.

Good morning and Happy Monday! We are having some STRONG thunderstorms right now. Woke me up much earlier than I needed. And looks like this is just the start. I had plans to run errands after work today, but if we are having thunderstorms, think I will come home instead.
Yesterday afternoon was the 31 Spring Product Premiere! Two theaters filled with excited 31 consultants. Check out the cover of the new spring catalog:

Very excited to see all of the new items. I already have my eye on quiet a few. Consultants have an opportunity to order an “add-on” kit later this month to show off the new products and I will be ordering it! It contains 7 products in all, 6 are new styles and 3 contain new patterns.

Yesterday’s #HolidayA Instagram Challenge was LADIES DANCING and sadly I never saw any or came up with a photo. I will do better today – the topic is SPARKLE!
Today’s #Elf4Health challenge is drink your body weight in water. Being that I might float away if I did that, I think I will aim for HALF my body weight.
