Eating healthy during regular meals has never been an issue for me. However, I have a massive sweet tooth, like the biggest one ever. It becomes increasingly difficult during the holidays to have self control with unlimited cookies and pies and cakes being shoved in my face. I am always on a search for healthier desserts and I found this article on Self.com especially awesome. everything on their list has no fat and looks ridiculously delicious. With Christmas only a few days away I thought it would be very appropriate to share this with others, namely those who have an issue with pints of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream like me. My favorites on the list are the Berry Citrus Trifile (loaded with Vitamin C!) and the Cold Hot chocolate for my fellow chocolate lovers. They are all definitely worth a try!
