Happy Friday!

Thanks to everyone who contacted me yesterday to say that you hope I’m feeling better soon.

I still feel pretty nauseous this morning but not quite as much, so your well wishes must have helped a tiny bit! :)

I’m just going to jump right on into my healthy eats from the week.  To be honest, my appetite has been pretty non-existent, and I’ve been sticking with mostly bland foods.  There are still a few good things to share though…

 

Healthy eats from the week

 

Rome apple eaten in the car on the way home from the orchard

Creamy avocado pasta made with quinoa noodles

Asian grilled chicken salad

A deformed pumpkin protein pancake

Carrot apple ginger juice (made fresh with my juicer)

Omelet with one whole egg, two egg whites, spinach, and red onion

I don’t know what it is with me and eggs lately, but I’ve been eating them at least once a day (and sometimes more) for the past few months.

I’m afraid this baby is going to come out looking like Humpty Dumpty!

  2. healthy eating for sure! makes me feel bad about the pizza i ate for dinner last night

  3. haha I always am on a kick for cheese, chocolate, and eggs. But lately my kick has been pizza. I gotta be careful about that one!

    Can’t wait to see Humpty! ;-)

  4. I have been on a fish/seafood kick lately – probably from being on the Central Coast of Cali recently. My main healthy focus is getting 8 to 12 servings of fruit and veggies a day plus 60 to 90 to 120 ounces of water a day too (do not even ask me how many times in a day I go there – way too many). I am glad to hear you are feeling better:) Happy Friday & Have a Great Weekend – remember to take it easy and ask for a little pampering!
