I’m in extremely good spirits today because Michael is coming home after being in Argentina all week long. Thank goodness, I’ve had Lucy to keep me entertained.
By the way, have I mentioned how huge she’s gotten lately?

As far as healthy eats from the week, I’ve eaten pretty healthy meals this week (with the exception of an apple fritter from The Peach Stand).

Healthy eats from the week
Plain Greek yogurt with mango, kiwi, and ground flaxseed
Pumpkin smoothie with some canned pumpkin, a bit of Trader Joe’s Greek pumpkin yogurt, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, and a dash of pumpkin pie spice
Van’s lite gluten-free waffle with berries, some sliced banana, chia seeds, and a side of scrambled eggs
Baked tofu and veggies
Omelet with onion, kale, and mushrooms and a side of sprouted rye bread
Tilapia with butternut squash, onion, and Brussels sprouts all tossed in coconut oil and sea salt
Can you tell them I’m already into the fall foods?
What are your plans for the weekend? I plan to spend some quality time with my hubby, and a bunch of my friends are throwing me my second baby shower. I cannot wait!
