Healthy Eating Tip: Eat regular meals

One of the things people usual do is skipping meals. This can often lead to out-of-control hunger usually resulting in eating too much.

When we are very hungry, it’s also tempting to forget about good nutrition and eat what we find even if it isn’t healthy.

Eating snacks between meals can help curb hunger, but don’t exaggerate and use snacks as an entire meal.
