What is fact and what is fiction?Join me for an interactive discussion on the foods we need to fuel our active lifestyles on Monday, January 26th at 7pm at the Page Mill YMCA in Palo, Alto, CA. We’ll explore the science of Sports Nutrition and offer tips for shedding those post-holiday pounds.
