Healthy eating at home while on vacation: the unthinkable a weight loss series.

While on vacation eating in can be so hard when you have so much temptation around you. However it can be really easy and very gourmet. Fresh ingredients make the difference.

Tonight my menu was sautéd green beans in garlic and olive oil and topped off with a light sprinkle of fat free dressing and fat free feta cheese. Along with sauted shrimp in olive and garlic.

So take the time to stay in and experiment with ingredients its fun, and a great way to relax while on vacation.

Dessert was yoga!
