Healthy Balls For All...Coconut -Date Truffles

Coconut-Date Truffles

These are so good! A real treat, very "truffle-like", and VERY healthy.

  • 1/2 cup dried apples
  • 1/2 cup whole almonds
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 2T flax seeds
  • 2T toasted coconut flakes

  1. Put the almonds in a food processor til very fine.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and grind 'er up
  3. Make 12 balls by shaping with your hands
  4. Store in fridge

MOJO: 55 Calories, 2g Fiber!!
