I started out my morning walking a friend’s dog, Shasta. She is out of town for the next few days and when she asked me to watch her dog I happily obliged! I took her for a 30min walk around my area. I plan on doing a long run tomorrow so I’m trying to take it easy today. After our walk, I was ready for breakfast! Today’s breakfast consisted of:
1/2 a nectarine
handful of blueberries
cherry almond granola
It certainly was delicious! I typically eat breakfasts like this at home. It’s super simple and helps me kick start my day on a healthy note. Now I’m off to run some errands. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
