It's Friday, woo-hoo! Back in May when I did a poll on what topics you are most interested in reading about on my blog , the second most picked topic was "updates on nutritional research and information that I come across in my graduate studies." (The most picked topic was "healthy recipes using seasonal produce that are quick and easy to make," by the way).
So, today I'm posting a few links to research and articles that caught my eye this week. Also, at the request of my friend Rebecca, here's the link to one of my favorite podcasts, the NPR: Your Health weekly podcast . <---- this is a great one to listen to at the gym.
Next week I have some fun stuff planned for my blog including a how-to on making hummus and another crock-pot dish. In the meantime, I have another important question for you. How often do you want to read new posts from me? Daily? Several times a week? I would love to know. Either comment on this post, send me an e-mail (lvhealthyliving@gmail.com) or fill out the new poll I've posted on the left sidebar. Thank you!!!
