Goals for Week 2- I could be getting an additional point each day if I could manage to eat 7-9 servings of fruits & vegetables. I know it would be good for me, but that's a lot!
I need to do a better job of planning my meals.
In other health-related news, I've been reading for awhile about the benefits of apple cider vinegar. I've started drinking 2 TBSP per day and I definitely notice that my heartburn is not as problematic. I'm not hard-core enough to just spoon that stuff in my mouth, though. So, I've been mixing it with water and Nuun or crystal light. Katie even tried it and has been fixing her own drink this week.
There's still one more day to enter my Pro-Compression sock giveaway . I wore my pink ones to the Turkey Trot and I'm wearing my black ones right now. I also ordered a pair of the sleeves on black friday when they were on sale. I couldn't stand it anymore- I needed to have them!
