GOoooooooOOOooood morning!

I wasn’t going to post before work again, but I had to because I wanted to tell everyone: I officially bought my domain name from WordPress and my blog is now officially http://eatinggreenstayinglean.com! Woohoo!

Last night I was still craving something sweet, so my friend and I dug into (shared) one serving of pumpkin yogurt to finish off my can.  (sorry the picture is not too great…if you can’t tell, it’s in a plastic pink martini glass, haha)

Yummmmmmy.  The only problem?  There appears to be a shortage of canned pumpkin, and now that I’m addicted to this snack, Price Chopper no longer has it (for now). Ugh. More on that later…

Breakfast: Now, who doesn’t want to wake up to something like this?

Mmmm. Steel cut oats (made more last night) with: Goji berries, Chia seeds, Hemp Seeds, Flax, one medium banana (sliced), natural peanut butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, almond milk and Agave.

Amazing.

Also, today is my day off from my active workouts!  I may do some yoga later, but the main plan for my afternoon (once I’m out of work) is to hit up a coffee shop with my good friend and start learning more about this website/blog business.
