I can’t believe it’s 2013 already! I wrote a post yesterday on my Ipad but for some reason it was not publishing so I saved it to my drafts. Well this morning when I went to try and publish the post it was gone.
First off Happy New Year to each and every single one of you! Thank you for supporting me on this journey toward health and fitness.
I love New Years! I love a fresh start, fresh lists and new goals. I have decided I am going to be the best me in 2013! I unsubscribed to all my junk mail today, I organized my room, cleaned out my clothes and I am excited for a fresh start.
Yesterday we spent the day at TBFs parent’s house. It was a great day filled with lots of laughter.
Things I will do in 2013!
Stop comparing myself to others (this is huge for me)
Run a marathon (Richmond)
CrossFit and Run consistently
Do an unassisted Pull up
Eat Cleaner ( I recently purchased the Eat Clean Diet book)
Volunteer more (that’s why I joined the NYJL)
Save more money
Spend less money
Be kinder to strangers ( I tend to get really mean to tourist in NYC )
