HAPPY HALF BIRTHDAY FIT FOODIE FINDS!

I can't believe it's been 6 months since I started blogging back in November. It seems like just yesterday I was blogging at CollegeFoodieFinds.blogspot.com. Did you know the bloggity wasn't always called Fit Foodie Finds? Mmmhmm! Just about 2 months into my blogging journey I actually changed her name from College Foodie Finds to Fit Foodie Finds and got my own domain name! Crazzzy, right?

Can I just say that I am so thankful for YOU guys. Your comments and enthusiasm really keep me inspired to blog. The blogosphere has turned into my second home and I have created so many amazing relationships, with all of YOU. I remember when I first started blogging, I was intimidated by your lovely blogs. The photography, recipes, writing, food, etc. One of the most important things that I have learned from blogging is that life is so much better when you are happy with yourself. You need to capitalize on your strengths and make your imperfections work in your advantage. You can't let your weaknesses define who you are!

A lot of people ask me about "blog success," but now I am asking you, what is success? To me, it's not about how many people comment on a post, how my photography compares to yours, or how many followers I have. It's about making individual connections with others and spreading my passion for food and fitness! It's impossible to compare yourself to other blogs, because they are all so different! Each one has a unique twist and are amazing in their own way, :)

Anyways, I thought I would do a special post highlighting my favorite recipes that maybe some of you missed over the past few months.
