This statement could not be more accurate. First of all, the Handful Bra is literally the most comfortable bra I have ever worn, I never want to take it off and I am in the midst of purchasing another one because I wear my black one so often! I wear it for day to day outings as well as to the gym. Each bra also comes with a lingerie bag to wash them in. Here is a pic of me rocking my Handful Bra, I didn't want to post one of me wearing just the bra, since I am a teacher and the last thing I need is students somehow finding a pic of me in a sports bar..... that would be a freaking nightmare. So here is a pic of me post-run (I am a hot mess in this pic, don't judge! lol), this bra actually makes me look like I curves when I am in my running/workout gear with all of the support of the bras that usually flatten me right out. What I also love about this bra is what the company stands for and the charities they support. For example, last October (break cancer awareness month) they donated $5 from every pink bra sold to local breast cancer organizations. Handful also designs bras specifically from women who have had mastectomies and/or lumpectomies, there are not too many "stylish" bras out there designed for breast cancer survivors. "The Pad Pocket: lightweight mesh allows flexibility for different sizes. Pads can be ordered individually to balance out your shape. Prosthetics can also be inserted." (source) These bras really do give you tons of options, they are so versatile. They have been able to fuse together fashion AND function, while at the same time creating a comfortable bra that really does give support. I am a HUGE advocate of these bras! They come in 5 different colours right now, and the amazing news is that the ladies at Handful are currently working on creating a tank top that will also be as fashionable as they are functional! So stay tuned for details on that great new product this winter! Now that I have talked your ear off about how fabulous these bras are, I have an opportunity for one lucky blog reader to win one! I feel like finding a decent sports bra to exercise in is the equivalent to finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.....probably not going to happen! Sure I have sports bras that give great support, but they flatten my girls right now.... I have sports bras in a variety of colours to match different shirts and bottoms, and sure sports bars are much more comfortable than regular bras but its not like I can wear them to work! They are too unflattering to wear day to day, and even if they were more flattering their wide obnoxious straps would look terrible with almost any shirt.
The prospect of finding the perfect sports bra looked bleak, until I came across Handful ! These are a line of sports bras that are designed to FLATTER NOT FLATTEN. This was music to my ears! It seemed as though the Handful Bra was exactly what I was looking for. I contacted Handful and inquired about their bras, and they was nice enough to send me one to try out. Needless to say it was love at first.... ummmm sight??? lol
