How many of you watch So You Think You Can Dance or Dancing With The Stars? Ever wonder what they do to stay in shape? I may not be as fabulous as those stars but I have a few tips how I manage to stay in shape in the entertainment busisness!

Now for a treat!
As promised, here is a delicious treat that is gluten free as well as sugar free! Pumpkin is all over the blog community this season, which I love, so I decided to give pumpkin a shot! I wanted to create a fun, quick treat that I can snack on and feel good about!
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min and enjoy!
The perfect little fall snack!
The best part is they are guilt free:)
I have a whole can just waiting for me to make more! I love pumpkin! I can’t wait to give these a try, or even these !

Pumpkin Cookie Dough Bites
Ingredients:
2 tbl canned pumpkin
1/4 C brown rice flour
1/8 C NuNaturals MoreFiber Stevia Baking blend
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg white
Method: (makes about 6 bites)
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min and enjoy!
