Here's what you do. Go to a site that converts youtube vids into music files . Insert the urls for the following four videos in this post. Put them on your phone/ipod and listen to them as you walk to the gym. Or anywhere. Instant motivation (at least for me).
And that's what I love about Greg. He could easily, EASILY, just be an elite fitness model, sitting on a throne chair made of a stack of magazines whose covers he's graced, and never look back. But for realsies - Greg's words are the reason I get up at 5 am to workout, daily. He plants seeds of greatness in your mind. Well worth the $10 (or whatever) monthly fee. His ambition is contagious.
