This delicious smoothie recipe goes together quickly, but does require a bit of foresight as it includes brewed green tea. 1 cucumber (peeled and seeded)
3 loose cups of raw spinach
2 cups of cubed honey dew melon
1 cup of brewed green tea (chilled)
1 tsp lemon guice
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serves 2.
