If you love to marinade chicken, beef, pork, or Tofu you know most marinades add extra calories and a lot of sugar. My little trick are those flavorful salad spritzers that are very low-cal and have a small amount of sugar. There are a ton of brands and variety to choose from at all grocery stores.
To plan ahead and save time place your meats in single serving baggies and spritz your favorite flavor 10 to 15 times and freeze! This way as your meat defrosts it slowly marinates until you arrive home from work.
