Great Kitchen Tool: Provencal Garlic Grater
Posted May 01 2009 11:32pm
I got this in Provence in the South of France last spring, its great for grating cloves of garlic when cooking. It really releases the garlics oil and aroma.
I highly recommend it, Bone Appetit
Have a wonderful weekend
