GoTrybe.com announces its support of Federal Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

The U.S. Department of Health and HumanServices (HHS) recently released the 2008 Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, and GoTrybe.com is announcing its support. GoTrybe has joined the HHS in encouraging Americans to provide physical activity opportunities for childrenin classrooms, youth organizations and homes across the country.

Children benefit from anhour or more of physical activitya day, according to the new PhysicalActivity Guidelines for Americans. Reinforcingthe guidelines’ recommendations, the GoTrybe program has been implemented for children in schools, youth organizations and homes across Tennessee and Indianaand a growing number of states over the past year and a half.

“Through the use of GoTrybe.com we encourage daily physical activity in schools, youth organizations and at home,” says Christopher J.
